Terms and Conditions for AI Clone Subscription Service

1. Service Description

The Service allows users to create AI-generated clones of their voice, chat identity, and 3D avatar. Users can subscribe to use and monetize their AI clone for various purposes, including content creation and engagement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. AI Clone Creation

a. User Content: You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content you provide for creating your AI clone (including voice recordings, chat history, and images for avatar creation).

b. License: By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

c. Voice and Text Usage Consent: By uploading a video of yourself and providing text message history, you expressly consent to the extraction and processing of your voice data and text content to create your AI clone, including voice cloning and replicating your writing style and personality traits.

5. Subscription and Fees

a. Subscription Plans: Users may subscribe to different plans offering varying features and usage limits for their AI clone.

b. Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Use of AI Clone

a. Authorized Use: You may use your AI clone solely for lawful and non-commercial purposes in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

b. Prohibited Use: You may not use your AI clone for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including infringing any intellectual property rights, violating privacy rights, or engaging in deceptive or harmful activities.

7. Privacy

8. Intellectual Property
